Your order must have a signature on the enclosure card, Unsigned orders are not welcome. A pet name will be accepted only when it is absolutely clear to us and the recipient as to who the sender is (example: mom/dad/sis/granddad). If the signature used is not clearly the sender we cannot process your order.. You are welcome to do a pet name provided you also put your real name in brackets below that. If you have not added your real name, we will take the liberty to do so at the bottom of the card.
